Where The Dress!

When the first red dress I had made arrived I scooped it up and drove straight to meet a friend just in time for the sun to set.

I was immediately hooked…

I kept imagining all the Kauai senior portrait, engagement and anniversary photoshoot inquiries that would come flooding in when I posted the sneak peek.

What happened next was so unexpected and so much more epic than I ever imagined.

These dresses give me life!

but i Had No Idea Just How Epic the Emails Would Be –

After posting images of my beautiful young friend in that show-stopping red dress, I expected my inbox to fill with senior portrait requests.

What I didn’t expect were emails like this:

“My name is Bonnie. I’m 74 years old and have never done anything like this, but I want you to take my picture just like the girl in the red dress…”

I’ll never forget that session—the joy on her face as she twirled in that red dress will stay with me forever. Auntie Bonnie is exactly who I want to be when I grow up. To say that session filled my heart would be the understatement of the century.

Since then, I’ve added many colors to my collection and photographed incredible women, from age 11 to 93, in these flowing dresses. Each session leaves me in awe of how beautiful, strong, and inspiring my sisters are. Never doubt your worth—I see you, and you are a treasure.
