No offense to the boys, we love them and I know some amazing male photographers. But being a girl means I get girls in a way that the guys can’t and I notice things they don’t. And it’s so much more helpful and less awkward having a woman fixing your hair, helping you into your dress and tucking in your bra straps 😉

Sandy is amazing and so are her photos!

I found her on Instagram shortly after moving to Kaua’i. I love how she combines scenery + people in her photos. We contacted Sandy to see if she could do our daughter’s senior pictures. Originally she didn’t have any 2022 dates available, but she emailed me a few days later and had an October date! The pictures are amazing. My daughter looked so amazing! She did a flying dress (lots of work goes into making those things fly) and she did some photos that weren’t flying dresses.  They were all super gorgeous! Sandy was so incredibly kind to my daughter. She gave her a little life talk at the end and it was incredibly sweet. She boosted my daughter’s confidence and solidified the fact that she’s amazing.
