i had know idea just how fun this dress journey would be –
When my first flying dress arrived from the dress maker I headed for sunset as fast as I could to put it on a friend and start photographing it.
I could not wait for more!
I was expecting so many inquiries from epic women but I had no idea how epic the inquiries would be…
“My name is Bonnie. I’m 74 years old and have never done anything like this, but I want you to take my picture just like the girl in the red dress…”
I’ll never forget that session—the joy on her face as she twirled in that red dress will stay with me forever. Auntie Bonnie is exactly who I want to be when I grow up. To say that session filled my heart would be the understatement of the century.
Since then, I’ve had so many dresses made and photographed incredible women, from age 11 to 93, in these flowing dresses. Each session leaves me in awe of how beautiful, strong, and inspiring my sisters are. Never doubt your worth—I see you, and you are a treasure.

Somewhere between 4 years old and our current age life gives us a little too much reality and we stop twirly and we deserve to let that little piece of our soul that we buried long ago twirl and do something just for ourselves…

No offense to the boys, we love them and I know some amazing male photographers. But being a girl means I get girls in a way that the guys can’t and I notice things they don’t. And it’s so much more helpful and less awkward having a woman fixing your hair, helping you into your dress and tucking in your bra straps 😉
Hair And Makeup Patrol
You are not in this alone, you have a girlfriend along to have your back every step of the way. You’ve got someone fixing the stray hairs, hiding those rogue bra straps and smoothing the lumps in your gown. Oh yeah, worried about your lipstick attacking your teeth or your eyeliner making a run for it? Yep, I’ll be keeping tabs for you!
I’m Easy To Hang With
I’m all about making this easy and fun for you and helping and cheering you on every step of the way and boosting your confidence. I am so not cool at all, lol, so I’m the least intimidating person to be around if you’re shy and quiet.
I’m able to relate to all the feelings and insecurities you may feel as a girl and I’m here for you.
